Mandarin Orange Coffee Cake

1 pkg Duncan Hines Supreme orange cake mix
1 (4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
½ c vegetable oil
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges (drain and reserve juice; add orange juice to make 1 c)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and the cup of juice. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Add mandarin oranges in the last 30 seconds. Pour into pan.
Bake 38-43 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto cake plate.
Dust with powdered sugar when completely cooled.
