    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
    • 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    • 1 lb. dark chocolate, melted
    • 1/4 oz. pure vanilla
    • Cocoa powder


    Instructions


    1. Place cream and butter in pot and bring to a rolling boil. Let cool and add melted dark chocolate. Mix with a beater until smooth. Add vanilla and mix again until smooth.
    2. Scoop out small balls and roll in cocoa powder. Place in candy cups to serve. Keep refrigerated.
