    Pork Chop and Potato Scallop

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 pork chops
    • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 1/2 c. milk
    • 1 onion, minced
    • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    • 4 c. potatoes, sliced


    Instructions


    1. In skillet, brown pork chops. Remove and set aside.

    2. Blend soup, milk, parsley and onions together. Layer potatoes, salt and pepper in 2 qt. casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over potatoes; top with pork chops.

    3. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender and pork chops are done.
