    4 oz uncooked spinach linguine, broken in half
    4 oz uncooked linguine, broken in half
    2 c cubed fully cooked ham
    1 can (10¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2½ c (10 oz) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1 c (8 oz) sour cream
    1 medium onion chopped
    ¼-½ c finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350°

    Cook both types of linguine according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl. Add the ham, soup, 2 cups cheese, sour cream, onion, green pepper and butter. Transfer to a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish.

    Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

    Yield: 8 servings.
