Recipe Introduction
Be sure not to overcook these as they get 'crunchy' but are still fabulous!
List of Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. white chocolate chips
- 14 oz. macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease cookie sheets*
- Beat butter and shortening until soft and creamy. Gradually add the sugars and beat well.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Combine flour, soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture beating well after each addition. Stir in chips and nuts.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonsfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done. Remove to wire racks to cool.
