    List of Ingredients




    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    1-2 zucchini, diced
    1 c cabbage, shredded (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, minced (fresh or jar)
    2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, drained
    1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
    2 (14 oz) cans beef broth
    1 tsp dried basil
    ½ tsp dried oregano
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    2 c cooked elbow macaroni (1 c dry = 2 c cooked)
    ¼ c Parmesan cheese, grated

    Recipe



    Combine all of the ingredients in the crockpot except the macaroni and Parmesan cheese.

    Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Stir in macaroni. Ladle into bowls and top with Parmesan cheese.

    Serve with crusty bread.
