- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can (16 oz.) cherry pie filling
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, optional
Instructions
- Combine oats, flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Place half on bottom of buttered 8-inch square pan; spoon in pie filling, then spread remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
