    Leek Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. mayonnaise (can use light)
    • 1 1/2 c. sour cream (can use light)
    • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
    • 1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    • 3 scallions, chopped
    • 1 pkg. Knorr Leek Soup mix
    • Bread bowl, for serving


    Instructions


    1. Using food processor, blend all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    2. To serve, cut top off of bread bowl and scoop out insides. Place dip in bowl and serve with bread pieces and raw vegetables.
