Salmon with Sour-Cream Mustard Sauce

- 4 salmon filets
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 c. sour cream (can use low-fat)
- 2 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and dry salmon. Salt and pepper each filet. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.
- Place filets on broiler pan and spoon sauce equally over each.
- Broil until salmon is tender and flakes easily.
- (May also place on baking sheet and bake at 325° until done, length of time depends on thickness of filet)
