    Salmon with Sour-Cream Mustard Sauce

    • 4 salmon filets
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • Freshly ground pepper
    • 1/4 c. sour cream (can use low-fat)
    • 2 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • 1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Wash and dry salmon. Salt and pepper each filet. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.

    2. Place filets on broiler pan and spoon sauce equally over each.

    3. Broil until salmon is tender and flakes easily.

    4. (May also place on baking sheet and bake at 325° until done, length of time depends on thickness of filet)
