    Butter Cream Frosting

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. butter, room temperature
    • 16 oz. powdered sugar
    • 3 Tbsp. milk or light cream
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • Food coloring, if desired


    Instructions


    1. Beat all ingredients in mixer bowl until smooth. Use within 30 minutes of making.
    2. If crust starts to form, beat again until smooth.
    3. Makes 2 1/2 cups frosting.
