Root Beer Ice Cream
List of Ingredients
- FOR 6 QT. ICE CREAM FREEZER
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 qts. milk
- 3 pts. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 6 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. root beer extract
- 6-9 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- In large pan, add sugar to milk and heat just enough to melt sugar. Pour mixture into freezer tub.
- Add whipping cream and evaporated milk and mix well. Stir in vanilla and rootbeer extract. Add beaten egg and blend well. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
