Chili
List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 - 28 oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 4 c. cooked red chili beans
- 2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2-4 tsp. chili powder, to taste
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- In large pan, cook meat and vegetables until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. Remove bay leaves before serving.
