Marinade for Brisket

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (12 oz.) can Coke
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together. Place meat in zip-lock bag or container that seals; pour marinade over and seal.
- Marinate for at least 24 hours.
- To cook, place meat and marinade in crockpot and cook on low heat for 8-12 hours, until meat is tender) or place meat and marinade in a foil packet inside of a large pan, making sure packet is sealed tightly, and cook at 250° for 6-8 hours.
Final Comments
Enough marinade for a 3-lb Brisket.
