2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 lbs. top sirloin in 1/4" strips
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Recipe
Mix flour, salt, and pepper together; dredge meat in mixture until well coated.
Melt butter in large skillet and add onion, garlic and meat; brown over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove meat and set aside. Add mushrooms and brown 10 minutes. Return meat to pan and stir to combine well.
Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
Just before serving, add sour cream and milk. Heat through, but do not allow to boil.
Serve over hot noodles or rice.
