List of Ingredients
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 lb. round steak, 1" thick, cut into serving-size pieces
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 - 15 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Recipe
Stir together flour, salt and pepper. Dredge meat in mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet; brown meat over medium heat about 15 minutes. Cover and simmer 1 hour (may add slight amount of water if necessary).
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
