Recipe Introduction
I only have the ingredients for this recipe, not the method. My directions are only guess-work from other recipes I've made.
List of Ingredients
1 stick butter
1¼ oz yeast
2 c warm water
2 eggs
3/8 c sugar
1¾ lb flour (5-2/3 c)
1/3 oz salt
1/8 c cinnamon
¼ c sugarRecipe
(I don't have exact directions on this one but since I use my Kitchen Aid for all my mixing, I'm going to improvise)
Place first 7 ingredients in bowl of mixer; mix and knead for 10 minutes.
Place dough in greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Allow to rise until double.
Punch dough down. Allow to rest 5 minutes then shape into a rectangle.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together; sprinkle evenly on dough, leaving a half-inch along long side uncovered.
Roll dough and cut into 1" slices. (I use unwaxed dental floss to cut mine so it doesn't smash like it would with a knife). Place cut rolls in pan; cover and allow to raise.
Bake at 350° until light golden brown (again, I don't have exact time, but probably 15-20 minutes).
Can glaze, if desired, once they're cooled.
