    Pasta Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 24 oz pkg tri-colored corkscrew noodles
    • ½ c black olives, sliced
    • 1 oz pimentos, chopped
    • ½ green bell pepper, diced fine
    • ½ red onion, diced fine
    • 2 stalks celery, diced fine
    • 1 c fresh spinach, chopped fine
    • ½ c cauliflower florets
    • ½ c broccoli florets
    • 1 clove garlic, diced extra fine or pressed
    • 2 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing, mixed to package directions
    • ¼ c red wine vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Dice vegetables; mix dressing, garlic and vinegar together in a large bowl. Add vegetables and marinate overnight.

    2. Cook pasta; cool thoroughly. Add to dressing; toss well to mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.



    Final Comments


    May add crumbled feta cheese, if desired.
