Homemade Enchilada Sauce

List of Ingredients




2 Tbsp chili powder
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
3 C water
8 oz canned tomato sauce


Recipe



Mix dry ingredients in pan. Add enough of the 3 C of water to make a paste. Then add rest of water. Cook until mixture thickens. Add tomato sauce.

Elaine's Note: It took quite awhile to thicken, even on medium high.
