    This is the exact recipe that is used at the Market Street Grill and Broiler, Salt Lake City, UT

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle, minced or dill pickle relish
    • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
    • 1 Tbsp. capers, well drained and chopped
    • 2 Tbsp. caper liquid
    • Juice from 1/2 fresh medium lemon
    • 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 oz. buttermilk


    Instructions


    1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well to blend. Cover with plastic kitchen wrap and place in refrigerator to chill until serving, at least 30 minutes.
