Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayo
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
"heaping" tsp. minced garlic [the more the better]
Mix together
Bake @ 350º for 20 to 30 minutes
Serve with crackers[Triscuits are the best]
This is tried and true, works up well in multiples also
