Chicken with Wild Mushrooms

4 Tyson® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup Tyson® Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
2 cups sliced shiitake mushroom
1 small head garlic, minced
1/2 cup red wine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. Wash hands. Place mushrooms and garlic in 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow-cooker. Place chicken on top. Wash hands.
2. Combine broth, red wine, tomato paste, salt and pepper in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover; cook on low-heat setting 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until chicken is done (internal temp 170°F).
Serving Suggestion: Serve chicken with pasta and sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
