    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1½ c. sugar
    4 eggs beaten lightly
    1½ T. lemon juice
    1 t. vanilla
    3 T. flour
    3 T. cornstarch
    ½ c. butter melted
    1 pint sourcream

    Cream the cheeses, add sugar gradually, beating on high speed till very creamy and well combined. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour, mix at low speed just until smooth. Add the butter and mix until smooth. Blend in the sourcream.
    Pour into a greased 9 inch spring form pan.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven until firm.[1 hour 10 minutes or until firm around edges]
    Turn off heat and let cake remain in oven 2 hours longer. Refrigerate several hours till well chilled.
    Serve cold.
