Sauteed Lo Mein

1 cup sliced green cabbage
1 cup sliced sweet green peppers
� cup sliced carrots
� cup sliced scallions
� cup sliced water chestnuts
2 t. minced garlic
1 t. minced gingerroot
2 t. canola oil
2 t. sesame oil
1 pound linguine or spagetti, cooked
2 t. low-sodium soy sauce.
In a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat, cook cabbage, peppers, carrots, scallions, water chestnuts, garlic and gingerroot in the oils, stirring frequently, until crisp tender.
Add the pasta and soy sauce. Cook stirring frequently, until the pasta is heated through and the vegetables are tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
