    Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

    2 large egg whites
    One 15-ounce can salmon (drained and flaked)
    1 cup fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 cup scallions, chopped
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Beat eggs in medium-size bowl. Add all remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Shape into 8-1/2 inch patties. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once until golden on both sides. A great low-fat alternative to frying!
