Porcupine Meatballs

1 can (10�oz.) tomato soup, undiluted , divided
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onions
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons salt
Mix all ingredients together using � cup of undiluted tomato soup. Shape mixture into balls. Brown meatballs.
Blend in rest of soup and 1 cup of water.
Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
