Braised Chicken w/Mushrooms & Onions

List of Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked med. egg noodle
2 T. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/6 tsp. pepper
4 (4 oz) boneless chicken breast
1 c. fresh mushrooms quartered
1/2 c. frozen pearl onions
1/3 c. burgandy wine or apple juice
1 (14.5 oz) can diced Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. sugarRecipe
Cook noodles according to directions
In a resealable plastic bag combine flour, aslt and pepper; add chicken breast, turn to coat. Heat a skillet over medium high heat covered with cooking spray, add chicken. Cover cook turning once, until chicken is browned about 7 to 8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet, cover and keep warm. Reduce heat to med low, add musyhrooms, onions and wine. Cover and cook til mushrooms are soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Increase heat to med. Add cooked chicken, tomatoes and sugar. Cook until just comes to a boil, cover cooking until chicken is no longer pink 6 to 9 minutes. Serve over noodles
