2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 Mix the garlic powder, seasoning salt, and onion powder together in a small bowl or cup.
2 Heat oil in medium or large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, making sure the oil covers the bottom. Add chicken breasts, and immediately sprinkle half of the garlic mixture over the tops while the chicken breasts begin to sizzle. After a minute, flip the chicken breasts over and sprinkle the remaining garlic mixture over the top.
3 Cover the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes or until bottom is nicely browned. Flip chicken over, cover skillet again, and finish browning the second side of the chicken (about 8 minutes more). The chicken should be cooked through when you test the thickest part. Serve with side dishes of choice!
