Garlic Chicken

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon rice wine, or white wine
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon cooking oil
10 cloves garlic, chopped
6 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
hot cooked rice
Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix sauce ingredients. Stir fry chicken, remove. Add garlic, mushrooms and green onions. Stir fry. Return chicken to wok. Stir in sauce. Serve over rice.
