    Glazed Chicken Breast

    PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup Gulden's® Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    3 teaspoons black pepper, (or to taste)
    1 pound Butterball® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, rinsed & pat dry
    1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion

    Preparation Instructions
    Preheat oven to 500°F.
    Coat baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
    Combine olive oil, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper in small bowl. Dip chicken into sauce and place in baking pan.
    Place in oven on top rack and cook 10 minutes, turn pieces, baste with remaining sauce, top with onions and cook 7-9 minutes or until meat is opaque and no longer pink in the thickest part.
