Thai Chicken with Basil

6 Tyson® Fresh Chicken Drumsticks
or 6 Tyson® IFF Chicken Drumsticks
3/4 cup Tyson® Chicken Broth
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 large shallots, thinly sliced
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup packed basil leaves, thinly sliced
1. Wash hands. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet with tight-fitting lid over high. Add chicken, sprinkle with pepper, and cook 6 to 7 minutes or until browned on all sides. Remove chicken; set aside.
2. Reduce heat to medium; add garlic, shallots and jalapeño to skillet and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Return chicken to skillet; stir in broth, soy sauce and sugar. Cover and cook, turning once, 20 minutes or until done (internal temp 180°F).
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle basil over chicken. Refrigerate leftovers.
Substitution Tip: To substitute Tyson Individually Fresh Frozen® Drumsticks, simply increase cooking time by about one-third.
