Pork Stroganoff

1½ pounds cubed pork
1½ cups water divided
1 t. chicken granules
2 t. paprika
1 cchopped onion
1 garlic clove minced
1T. cornstarch
¾ c. sour cream
2 T. fresh parsely
12 oz. noodles drained.
Brown pork, drain. Bring 1¼ cups of water, boullion and paprika to a boil. Add pork, onion and garlic. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes or till meat is tender. Combine cornstarch, and remaining water. Gradually add to pan stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in sourcream and parsely. Serve over noodles.
Makes 4 servings
**I use wide noodles**
