Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
List of Ingredients
1 (12 oz)pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 325, in med saucepan melt morsels with margarine and then stir in crumbs and nuts.
2. Press half of the mixture firmly into bottom of greased 13x9 baking pan.
3. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, beat in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla & egg.
4. Mix well and then pour into prepared pan, top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool to room tempature, chill before cutting into bars.
