    Makes 8 cups


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • 6 cups whole milk
    • 12 oz. white chocolate finely chopped
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 block dark chocolate (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Place white chocolate in a medium heat proof bowl; set aside.
    2. Place milk and cream in medium saucepan set over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around the edges of pan (about 4 minutes). DO NOT BOIL.
    3. Remove mixture from flame and immediately pour over the white chocolate. When chocolate begins to melt, gently stir to combine. Add vanilla and stir.
    4. Pour into mugs to serve.
    5. Using a vegetable peeler, shave dark chocolate curls into each mug as a garnish.
