- 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip brand topping (thawed)
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in large bowl with electric mixer.
- Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
Final Comments
Tip: You may substitute 1/4 cinnamon, 1/8 tsp.ginger, 1/8 tsp. allspice and pinch of nutmeg for pumpkin pie spice.
