    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese softened
    • 1 cup canned pumpkin
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip brand topping (thawed)
    • 1 Graham cracker pie crust


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in large bowl with electric mixer.
    2. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
    3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.


    Final Comments


    Tip: You may substitute 1/4 cinnamon, 1/8 tsp.ginger, 1/8 tsp. allspice and pinch of nutmeg for pumpkin pie spice.
