    Broccoli and Noodles Parmesan

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs Broccoli
    • 2 tbsp. Margarine
    • 1/2 c. Chopped Onions
    • 1 Clove Garlic minced
    • 10 3/4 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
    • 1 cup Sour Cream
    • 8 oz of Noodles cooked and Drained


    Instructions


    1. Peheat the oven to 350 degrees
    2. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. In a covered 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.
    3. Cook for 6 min. or until tender. Drain in colander and set aside.
    4. In the same saucepan. melt the margarine and cook the onion and garlic until tender. stiring occasionally.
    5. Stir in the soup and cayenne pepper. mixing well. Add the chedder cheese and parmesan cheese,
      stiring until melted
    6. stir in the sour cream, broccoli, and cooked noodles.

    7. pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake. covered for 20 min. or until hot and bubbly.
