    One Bowl Banana Bread

    Makes 2 loaves (24 slices).

    3/4 cup sugar*

    1-1/2 cups (about 3 ripe bananas), mashed bananas

    1/2 cup oil

    2 eggs

    2 cups flour

    2 tsp vanilla

    1 tsp baking soda

    1/2 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, if desired

    Cooking spray

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray and set aside.

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour batter into pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and top springs back when lightly touched with finger. Cool. Makes 2 Loaves (24 Slices).
