Makes 4 servings.
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1 Tbsp green peppercorns
4 (6-ounce) salmon filletsRecipe
In a small bowl, mix the wine, preserves, and green peppercorns. Pour over the salmon fillets and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the fillets for 20 minutes, or until done as desired. Serve immediately.
