List of Ingredients
8-1/2 oz. water 90-100 deg. (1 cup + 1 Tbsp.)
2 3/4 c. bread flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seaoning
2 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast -or- 1 tsp. bread machine yeast
Recipe
Add liquid ingredients to pan. Add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan. Tap pan to settle,
then level. Place butter into corners of pan. Make well in center. Add yeast. Program for
basic / specialty and desired crust.
