    Shrimp and Rice Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. frozen cleaned shrimp
    3 stalks cerlery sliced
    1 med. onion chopped
    1-1 lb. can tomatos
    3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Recipe

    Thaw shrimp. Combine ingredients. Cover and bake at 325

    deg. for 1-1/4 hours.
