Key Lime Pie
List of Ingredients
1-3 oz. package lime jell-o
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. grated lime rind
1/2 c. lime juice
1 egg seperated
1-14 oz. can sweetend condenced milk
1 c. sour cream
1 baked 9" pie shell graham crackerRecipe
Desolve jell-o in boiling water. Add lime rind and juice.
Beat egg yolk slightly. Slowly add gelatin, stirring
constantly. Add milk and sour cream. Chill until slightly
thickend. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into gelatin.
Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped
cream and lime slices.
