Sour Cream Raisin Pie

List of Ingredients

Beat together:
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream

Roll raisins in spice mixture:
1/2 tsp . cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. Raisins



Recipe

Stir raisins into cream mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 deg. for 10 min. Reduce temp. to 350 deg. and bake 20 min. longer.
