Seafood Linguini
List of Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
5 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. coriander
3 Tbsp. white wine
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 lb. med. shrimp
1/2 lb. bay scallops
3 Tbsp. chopped parsely
12 oz. cooked linguini
Recipe
Heat oil in a large skillet on med high. Add onions and
garlic. Saute untill onion is golden brown (6 min.).
Stir in flour and coriander. Cook 1 min. Add wine and
cream. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add shrimp
and scallops. Simmer until cooked (5 min.). Mix in parsley.
Season to taste. Serve over linguini.
