5-6 Johnsonville brats
10 oz. fettucini cooked
1-8oz. package cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/2 c. dry white wine
Recipe
Brown brats in a large skillet. Remove and set aside. Add
butter, garlic and cream cheese to skillet. Stir with a
wire wisk until melted. Add wine and continue stirring.
Slice brats and add to skillet. Serve over fettucini.
Garnish with chives.
