    Rosemary Lamb Chops

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. basalmic vinegar
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. fresh minced rosemary-or-
    3 tsp. dried rosemary
    6 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    12 1-inch thick loin chops
    mesquite wood chips

    Recipe



    Mix first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Place chops in

    a glass bowl. Pour marinade over chops, cover and

    refrigerate at least 4 hours. Season lamb with salt and

    pepper. Grill over hot coals and mesquite chips, basting

    with marinade, about 5 min. each side for med. rare.
