- 1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tsp curry powder
Instructions
- In a blender,blend cottage cheese and applesauce until smooth. Stir in soup mix and curry powder. Serve with raw vegetables.
