List of Ingredients
- 1/2 7-oz. jar roasted sweet red peppers,drained and chopped
- 1(15-oz.)can chickpeas,rinsed and drained
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
