    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 7-oz. jar roasted sweet red peppers,drained and chopped
    • 1(15-oz.)can chickpeas,rinsed and drained
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 3 Tbsp tahini
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
    • 1/8 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
