Salmon-Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
- 8 ozs. mushrooms-fresh
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic-pressed
- 2 Tbsp onion-minced
- 1/2 cup salmon-smoked,canned or crumbles salmon burger
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp marjoram
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Saute in 1 Tbsp butter until tender but not brown:finely chopped mushroom stems,onion and garlic.
- Remove from heat and add:salmon,parsley,pepper, marjoram,lemon juice;mix thoroughly. Press a teaspoonful of mixture into each mushroom button.
- Cook under broiler 3-5 min. until mushroom buttons turn dark,but aren't browned. Serve hot.
- Makes about 24 stuffed mushrooms.
