    List of Ingredients


    • 4 oz. smoked salmon
    • 2 scallions
    • 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
    • Lemon wedges
    • Parsley sprigs


    Instructions


    1. Spread cream cheese on salmon. Place a piece of scallion on one edge of salmon. Roll salmon around scallion. Cut roll into 1/2 in. long slices. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
