Smoked Salmon Wheels

List of Ingredients
- 4 oz. smoked salmon
- 2 scallions
- 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
- Lemon wedges
- Parsley sprigs
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on salmon. Place a piece of scallion on one edge of salmon. Roll salmon around scallion. Cut roll into 1/2 in. long slices. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
