    • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    • 2 tsp sugar free strawberry jam
    • 1 whole wheat pita bread,halved


    Instructions


    1. Mix cottage cheese and jam;spoon evenly into pita pockets.
    2. Serve immediateely.
    3. 2 servings,1 filled pita pocket each
