- 3 med. strawberries,sliced and divided
- 1 container (6 oz.) light strawberry nonfat yogurt,divided
- 1/4 cup South Beach Diet Whole Grain Crunch cereal,divided
Instructions
- Place half of the strawberries in 1 1/2 cup serving bowl.
- Top with layers of half each of the yogurt and cereal. Repeat layers.
- Serve immediately.
- 1 serving.
